Kim Jong Un Sends Birthday Spreads to Veteran Scholars

Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) -- Supreme leader Kim Jong Un sent 80th birthday spreads to People's Scientist, Candidate Academician, Prof. and Dr. Choe Tong Ryun and Merited Scientist, Candidate Academician, Prof. and Dr. Hwang Sin Ryul, who are researchers at Kim Il Sung University. Choe Tong Ryun, who was born in an alien land in the dark period of the Japanese imperialists' colonial rule over Korea, graduated from the university under the loving care of the great leaders after the liberation of the country and has devoted his wisdom and passion to education of the rising generation and scientific researches for several decades. Born as a son of a poor peasant before the liberation of the country, Hwang Sin Ryul experienced the sorrow of being a member of a stateless nation.
