Kim Jong Un's Visit to China Hailed in Serbia

Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- Serbian political parties and organizations released statements on April 3 and 4 in congratulation of the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un's successful visit to China. Recalling that Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, paid an unofficial visit to the People's Republic of China and had talks with President Xi Jinping, the Communist Party of Serbia said in its statement: We are pleased to see the positive change taking place in the situation of the Korean peninsula and the world thanks to his leadership. The New Yugoslav Communist Party and the League of the Yugoslav Communist Youth in a joint statement extended full support to the DPRK, the banner of peace and progress, saying that Kim Jong Un's visit to China serves as a great contribution to regional peace and security. The Serbian national preparatory committee for celebrating the Day of the Sun said that his China visit offered an occasion in demonstrating the traditional DPRK-China friendly relations once again. It hoped that the friendly relations between the DPRK and China would invariably develop in the future, too. -0-
