Kyrgyzstan and Nicaragua establish diplomatic relations

Bishkek, July 10 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan and Nicaragua established diplomatic relations, the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reports. A joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations was signed on July 7 in New York by Permanent Representative of the Kyrgyz Republic to the United Nations, Mirgul Moldoisaeva, and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Nicaragua to the United Nations, Maria Rubiales de Chamorro. In the text of the Joint Communiqué says that the parties established diplomatic relations, guided by the principles and objectives of the UN Charter and international law, in particular, respect and strengthening of international peace and security, equality between states, respect for national sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, independence, observing treaties and non-interference in the internal affairs of the states. After the signing ceremony of the Joint Communiqué, a bilateral meeting was held, during which the sides expressed their mutual intention to develop friendly and cooperative relations between the states within the UN and other international organizations, as well as supporting each other's candidatures to international bodies through the UN.
