The court justifies its decision with the defined rules by the international law and assesses Armenia's control over Nagorno-Karabakh as a fact of invasion.” “The execution of the decision demands IDPs` return to their homelands and immediate withdrawal of the Armenian troops from the occupied territories. Many conditions proposed by Armenia for the peaceful resolution of the conflict are de facto cancelled with this decision. In this regard, the Court's decision is a key step in favor of Azerbaijan for the negotiations on the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.”
