Larijani Praises Anti-Zionist Act Of Lebanon's Ex-PM

Tehran, April 18, IRNA – Iran's Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani in a letter on Tuesday praised the anti-Zionist act of the former Prime Minister of Lebanon Selim Al-Hoss. The ex-premier resigned from the Board of 'Trustees of the Arab Foundation for Democracy' in protest against the participation of a Qatari head in the Zionist regime conference held in Occupied Palestine. "Undoubtedly, the Zionist regime is considered a huge danger for ethical, cultural and political security of the world due its black and disgraceful performances against humanity, Palestinian nation in particular, occupation, mass killing and desecration of divine religions," he said. "Any kinds of tolerance with this 'cancer' in the region would disturb security, peace and tranquility of the region and the world," Larijani said, adding such a measure is against the interest of Islamic Ummah and the humanity. He also emphasized all-out support of the Iranian parliament and the nation in combating the Zionist regime and liberation of Occupied Palestine./end
