Lavrov To Meet Zarif If Visiting Geneva: Source

Geneva, Nov 23, IRNA – A source close to Irans negotiating team said if Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov travels to Geneva, he will meet with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif. The source, who was answering a question concerning the news about Lavrov possible travel to Geneva for holding a trilateral meeting with his American counterpart John Kerry and the UN Special Envoy in Syria Affairs Lakhdar Brahimi said so. Reminding differences between Iran and Group 5+1 on a number of issues, the source said the two sides are trying to reach an agreement. The source described issues very complicated, but added that discussions are moving toward a positive position./end
