Lavrov, Saudi king discuss Syria, Yemen - senior Russian diplomat

KUWAIT CITY, March 5. /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud discussed bilateral relations and the situation in Syria and Yemen in Riyadh on Tuesday, Russian Presidential Envoy for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov told reporters. "[They] discussed bilateral relations, raised the issue of the Syrian crisis and Yemen. The conversation was very informative and constructive," he stressed. Bogdanov added answering a question on the issue that the case of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi was not discussed at the meeting. Read more
