Lebanese Priest: Religious Minorities Enjoy Unique Freedom In Iran

Isfahan, May 16, IRNA – A visiting Lebanese priest said here Wednesday that Iranian religious minorities enjoyed a unique situation which included freedom, prosperity and peaceful coexistence. Speaking exclusively to IRNA in this ancient city in central Iran, Dean of Lebanonˈs Antonine University Fadi Messalem said he has found a better and more realistic understanding about Iranˈs present situation since he arrived to the country. ˈPrior to my visit to Iran, I had a different impression about current situation in the country,ˈ Messalem said.
