Letter to Kim Jong Un from Participants in African Regional Seminar of Juche Idea

Pyongyang, November 2 (KCNA) -- Marshal Kim Jong Un received a letter from the participants in the African regional seminar of the Juche idea on "Independence and Development of Africa" on Oct. 28. The participants said in the letter that they realized once again that the countries which were colonies in the past can not achieve the genuine development and hew out their destiny without achieving the substantial independence of the country and the nation. It noted that in order to achieve independence, progress and prosperity of Africa it is necessary to deeply study and apply the Juche idea, the idea of independence. It said that it is very important for the African people to follow the example of the DPRK which opted for the road of socio-political development to suit its specific reality and in line with the desire of its people. It stressed that the participants would fulfill their responsibility and duty in achieving the independent development of Africa by further deepening the study and dissemination of the Juche idea among various circles including the new generation of Africa. -0-
