Medvedev to hold talks with China’s PM in St Petersburg on November 7

MOSCOW, October 26. /TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev is expected to hold talks with his Chinese counterpart Li Keqiang in St. Petersburg on November 7, the Russian government said in a statement posted on its official website on Wednesday. "Dmitry Medvedev and Li Keqiang will hold detailed negotiations on key issues of Russian-Chinese cooperation in trade, investments, energy, along with interregional and transborder cooperation and humanitarian contacts," says the statement. The Russian and Chinese heads of government are expected to put their signatures under a joint communique. "A package of intergovernmental, inter-departmental and corporative documents has been prepared to be signed (at the meeting)," it said. China’s Prime Minister Li Keqiang is due to make an official visit to Russia on an invitation of the Russian prime minister. Read more
