Member Of Assembly Of Experts Hails Rohani For Exploiting Diplomacy

Tehran, Oct 2, IRNA – Member of the Assembly of Experts Ayatollah Asadollah Imani on Tuesday hailed President Hassan Rohani for utilizing diplomacy over the nuclear stand-off with the western governments. Speaking to IRNA, he said based on holy Quran, when the infidels are ready to surrender and are to make compromise, their requests should be accepted while trusting in God. All decisions should be based on dignity, wisdom and expedition, he said. He said that after triumph of the Islamic Revolution, the US officials adopted an antagonistic tone against the Islamic Republic of Iran but recently they have changed their words and address Iran with respect, so, it is our duty to accept their change of heart and respond to them positively. In talks with the US, we should consider our red lines and make our decisions based on dignity, wisdom and expediency under direct edict of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, he said./end
