Military committee official in Tripoli speaks to AA
TRIPOLI (A.A) - October 31, 2011 - Abdel Hakim Belhaj, in charge of the military committee responsible for keeping order in Tripoli, has said that the Libyan National Transitional Council's (NTC) soldiers would hand over their weapons to officials as soon as possible.
