Mining Minister to participate in international conference of EITI

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Mining D.Gankhuyag will take part in the 6th international conference of Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) to run May 20-25 in Australia. During the visit to Australia, the Mining Minister will meet to Mr Gary Gray, the Australian Minister of Resources, Energy and Tourism, and will hold talks with him on export policy of mining products and creating an economic integration. Furthermore, D.Gankhuyag will discuss issues with the Australian side on cooperating in introducing the mining standards and safety rules in Mongolia, and introducing the Australian experience of social responsibilities of companies.
