Minju Joson Flails S. Korean Conservative Group's Confrontation Hysterics

Pyongyang, May 25 (KCNA) -- What the conservative forces of south Korea have done under the signboard of "security" are only all sorts of slandering, plots and fanning of atmosphere to harm the fellow countrymen at any cost, says Minju Joson in a commentary Friday. The commentary goes on: For example, no sooner had the DPRK decided to dismantle the northern nuclear test ground and its Foreign Ministry made public a press release on it than the conservative group in south Korea including the "Liberal Korea Party" let out a whole string of vituperation. Traitor Hong Jun Phyo, representative of the LKP, took the lead in crying out for confrontation with the fellow countrymen. He hurled mud at the DPRK, claiming that it is a shutdown show, there is nothing new and it has no particular meaning. Riff-raff of the conservative camp doomed to death claim that it is abnormal to think that "the north's provocation" will discontinue along with the Panmunjom Declaration. Whenever the DPRK set forth the most reasonable and fair proposals, the LKP and other conservative forces have never accepted them with sincerity. Not content with slandering and denying the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, great programmes for reunification common to the nation, those heinous confrontation maniacs brought the north-south relations to a total rupture in league with outsiders. It is a foolish calculation for the conservative group to rally the conservatives by employing the same trite method as used to get rid of tight corner in the past. But such attempt will only precipitate its destruction. -0-
