MKO Telling Lie, Accusing Iran Of Kidnapping Eight Members

Tehran, Sept 16, IRNA -- Terrorist Mujahedin Khalq Organization is telling lie accusing Iran of kidnapping eight members from Ashraf camp in Iraq, Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi said on Sunday. He made the remarks in response to a question by a reporter on the sidelines ceremony to commemorate Iranian religious scholar Ayatollah Hassan Taheri-Khorramabadi. He categorically ruled out the alleged kidnapping of eight MKO members from Ashraf camp and said that the group is telling lie and their statement does not worth paying attention. Alavi earlier said that the ruinous fate of the terrorist group was quite foreseeable, as any group that turns against its own people is doomed to fall. The minister stated that the MKO was a deviant grouplet that committed any heinous crime in order to continue with its ignominious political life, agreed to work as a mercenary group for a criminal like Iraqi dictator President Saddam Hussein, They abetted Saddam in Iraqi invasion of Iran and in crackdown on Iraqi people who revolted against the then regime./end
