Tehran, June 17, IRNA - Member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Ahmad Shohani said on Monday that the Comprehensive Agreement on nuclear dispute will remove the deadlock in international relations leaving positive impact on economic development of the regional nations. He told IRNA that the fresh atmosphere in the aftermath of the Comprehensive Agreement will be useful for the economic development of the nations in the region. He made clear that the economic development of the nations requires peace and security in the entire region. He said that the countries in the region spend their huge oil revenue for the purchase of military equipment prompted by the western governments spreading unrest through marketing for military hardware. Certain countries in the region seek to prove their status through obstructing talks between Iran and G5+1 but to no avail, he said. The main problems of such states are their lack of reputation and the popular basis, he said they try to create tension in the region to attain their sinister goals. He said that they along with the military equipment suppliers are afraid of Iran find its real status in the region and to the same reason they try to promote Iranophobia. He advised such governments to be watchful of the Zionist regime instead of expressing concern over about the Comprehensive Agreement about the nuclear dispute. History is a good evidence that Iran never violated others rights but had been victim of aggression and violence, he said. He said that they should bear in mind that taking into account Iranˈs capabilities, many issues in the region could be resolved easily. On current developments in Iraq, he said the terrorist group dubbed as Daesh poses no threat to Iranˈs national security. The fact is that the developments are now occurring on the next door and national security and territorial integrity of all countries in the region are of prime importance for Iran, he said. The terrorist groups are to disrupt the regional security and their activities in Egypt, Syria and Iraq are good evidence, he said./end
