MP Invites Iranian People To Participate Massively On World Qods Day

Tehran, Aug 16, IRNA – Member of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Esmaeel Kowsari, said on Wednesday that Iranian people’s high turnout in the World Qods Day lays an emphasis on their support for Islamic Awakening. Kowsari told IRNA on the eve of the World Qods Day that Palestine has now turned into a global issue and many countries have today joined Iranian nation to be on frontline of resistance, calling for liberation of Holy Qods al-Sharif. He said usurper regimes will no longer be stable and they will soon fall. The last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan is named the World Qods Day by Founder of the Islamic Revolution late Imam Khomeini with an aim of supporting the oppressed people of Palestine and voicing disgust at the occupying Zionist regime./end
