MP: Kidnapping Palestinian Speaker Proof Of State Terrorism

Tehran, June 17, IRNA – Head of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Aladdin Boroujerdi called kidnapping Palestine parliament speaker as a proof of state terrorism. According to the report of Majlis (parliament) website on Monday, concerning kidnapping the Palestine parliament speaker Abdul Aziz Duwaik, Boroujerdi said that the Zionist regime has done this kind of crimes many times. ˈIt is as a clear proof of state terrorism and the Zionist regime, by doing such acts, will spread crisis in the region,ˈ said Boroujerdi. He continued member countries of Islamic Inter-Parliamentary Union and its secretary general are expected to do necessary actions to release the kidnapped parliament speaker and other parliament deputies by the Zionist regime. Boroujerdi added that such acts would strengthen the power of resistance and would not have any negative effect on the growing trend of resistance and it indicated concerns of the regime for closer agreement of Palestinian groups./end
