MP: Palestinians Will Gain Victory Influenced By Islamic Revolution

Tehran, Nov 17, IRNA – a representative of Tehran at IRI Parliament, Majlis, said here Friday people of Palestine resorting to strong will, resolute resistance, and under spirit of influence of Islamic Republic of Iran would definitely embrace victory in confrontation with racist Zionists. Member of Parliament Ali-Asghar Zare'ie made the comment here Friday on the sidelines of the Tehrani worshipers at Tehran's Palestine Square, told an IRNA reporter, 'The people of Egypt, like the other Muslim nations, staged a rally in Cairo's at-Tahrir Square after their participation at Cairo Friday Prayers in support for the defenseless besieged Palestinian nation in Gaza.' On attacks of the Zionists against the defenseless Gaza residents, Zare'ie said, 'After the beginning of negotiations on achieving a peace treaty between the Palestinians and the Zionist regime and the disarmament of the Palestinian forces, the usurper Jewish state intensified its attacks against the defenseless Palestinians.' The representative of Tehran at the Islamic Parliament reiterated, 'Contrary to the predictions of the United States and the Zionist regime, the people of Gaza acted very seriously when they were confronted with the Zionists' attacks and this led to intimidation and scaring to death of the Zionists.' Focusing on the present day status of the United States, he further reiterated, 'A few months ago the Zionist regime had had some rounds of talks with the Americans, asking them to remain silent in case of launching a military attack against the Palestinians.' The MP focusing on the behavior of the new Egyptian government opined, 'Cairo's sending of its new ambassador to Tel Aviv, and its receiving of the new Israeli ambassador in Cairo encouraged the Zionists to launch their new round of attacks against Gaza residents.' /end
