MP Stresses Importance Of Secrecy Of Geneva Talks

Tehran, Oct 22, IRNA – First vice-speaker of Majlis (Parliament) underlined the need to maintain the confidentiality of the recent nuclear talks held in Geneva between Iran and the group of sextet. The details of the talks will be released when the two sides reach a favorable agreement, Mohammad Hassan Aboutorabifard added. He further stressed that negotiations between Iran and the Group 5+1- the US, Britain, France, Russia and China plus Germany- should be within the framework of the Islamic Republic system and in line with national interest. That framework, he noted, is crystal clear and transparent. He underlined that negotiations should be held on the basis of logic and move towards legitimate rights of the Iranian nation./end
