MP Voices Majlisˈ Strong Support For Negotiating Team

Tehran, Oct 9, IRNA – Head of National Security and Foreign Policy commission of the Iranian Parliament (Majlis) Ala’eddin-e Boroujerdi voiced the strong support of the legislative body for the Iranian nuclear negotiating team. Talking to IRNA on Saturday, he said that given the strong support of the Supreme Leader for the nuclear team and their efforts to restore the nation’s rights, no negative remarks against them are acceptable. Stressing the solid backing of the Iranian Parliament for the nuclear negotiators, he said all are waiting to see the outcome of the talks which appears to be positive. The MP emphasized that, today, the nuclear negotiating team needs strong public support more than any other time. He said the whole system in the country is trying to safeguard Iran’s inalienable right to pursue nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, stressing that the negotiating team is moving forward according to the road map sketched for them by the administration./end
