MPP faction takes break

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Plenary session of the State Great Khural (parliament) discussed matters related to appointing of the new Vice speaker of parliament May 2. The head of a faction of the Democratic party D.Erdenebat said their faction promotes to this post Mr R. Gonchigdorj, then A.Bekei, a chairman of the Standing committee on state structure, added that this candidature has been supported by the committee too. After this a "guestion-answer" process began but a head of the faction of the Mongolian People party (MPP) N.Enkhbold said they want take a break in this matter. "We want our newly elected member D.Sumyabazar to swear in as the MP and only then to consider this appointment," he explained. Other members of this faction said the re-election at 26th constituency did not violate the law, that its results are approved and so on.
