N-deal, Success Of People, Govt Of Iran: Politician

Islamabad, Feb 18, IRNA – A Pakistani political leader on Monday said that Iran’s nuclear deal with western powers is the success of the people and government of Iran. Talking to IRNA Sahibzada Ahmed Raza Khan Kasuri of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) said that Iran remained firm over its peaceful right which ultimately forced the West to enter into an understanding with Iran over the issue. “Iranians have been assuring the world that their nuclear program is for peaceful purposes and aimed at catering growing energy demands,” he said. He added that Iran being an independent state has the right to develop itself in nuclear technology because it is the most powerful source of development for any country of the world. The senior lawyer of the Supreme Court expressing his views said that energy and production are the two sides of the same coin. Kasuri said that the deal has reconnected Iran with the international community and soon the sanctions would be lifted from the Islamic Republic. “The deal is a confidence building measure for the people of Iran,” said the APML leader. The legal expert went on to say that steadfastness of Iran is the only reason that has forced the western states to sign a nuclear deal with the Islamic Republic. The political leader was of the view that the deal is the acceptance of Iranian stance on nuclear program by the western powers. He said that West should quit the policy of double standards against a country which is fulfilling all international obligations regarding development of nuclear technology. Kasuri added that Iran is an important player in the regional politics. He said that stable countries make stable regions so Afghanistan and Pakistan should also start pursuing independent polices like Iran and stand upon their own feet. He said that world powers are moving like vultures in the region waiting for the disintegration of the regional countries. He said that Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan with their unity would bring stability in the region and fail all western conspiracies. The APML leader said that it is very encouraging to see that the region where our countries are located is attracting entrepreneurs from all over the world./end
