Necessary to change system of court enforcement proceedings - Kazakh Secretary of State

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Secretary of State of the Republic of Kazakhstan Adilbek Dzhaksybekov has chaired today a session of the Commission under the President of Kazakhstan for fighting corruption. At the session, the Secretary of State noted the low level of enforcement of court orders in Kazakhstan. Mr. Dzhaksybekov especially stressed that the sphere of enforcement of court orders is the most corrupted one. "Current situation in that sphere necessitates drastic changes to the national system of court enforcement proceedings and new approaches to the solution of pressing issues," he underscored. Participants of the session also tabled the issues of improving the rating of corruption level in government bodies. In addition, Minister of Justice Berik Imashev, Chairman of the Agency for fighting economic and corruption-related crimes Rashid Tussupbekov, Prosecutor General Askhat Daulbayev, and Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs Alikhan Baimenov delivered reports at the session. In conclusion, the participants were given a number of recommendations and instructions on the implementation of the tasks set by Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev.
