North Korea’s deputy foreign minister to sign in Moscow agreement on extradition of illegal migrants - ministry

MOSCOW, January 29. /TASS/. North Korea’s Deputy Foreign Minister Pak Myong-guk will be in Moscow between January 29 and February 3 to sign an agreement on transfer and acceptance of persons, who enter or stay illegally in Russia or the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said on Friday. "From January 29 through to February 3 is due a visit of the DPRK’s Deputy Foreign Minister Pak Myong-guk, who is planned to expect an agreement on transfer and acceptance of person who enter or stay illegally in Russia and the DPRK," she said.
