O.Erdenebulgan receives German delegation

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Deputy Minister of Mining, O.Erdenebulgan received a delegation led by Mr Heitzer Bernhard, the State Secretary and Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology of the Federal Republic of Germany on May 8. Mr Bernhard is here to chair the 2nd session of working group between the Governments of Mongolia and Germany on cooperation in mineral resources, industry and technology. During the meeting, the sides shared views on various issues. O.Erdenebulgan, for example, said the Mongolian side wants to cooperate with Germany in establishing a mining university, preparing mining, petroleum, social responsibility and environment specialists, introducing the German high tech in Mongolia, and in resolving technological issues of Baganuur mine coal. In response, Mr Heitzer Bernhard said that the cooperation is more possible in establishing a coking coal plant and metallurgical manufacture, in researching rare earth elements in frames of construction of "Sainshand industrial park".
