OPEC Fund Secretary-general Due In Iran

Tehran, Aug 27, IRNA -- Secretary General of OPEC Fund for International Development is to travel to Iran to attend an international conference themsed "Sovereign Wealth, Asset Allocation and Risk Management" organized by National Development Fund of Iran (NDFI) to be held on Kish Island from October 27-28. Deputy head of NDFI, Mohammad Mazraati said on Monday that International Monitory Fund, Islamic Development Bank and Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) have made scientific contribution to the conference. A number of guests from Italy, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Britain, the US, Austria, Netherland and international organizations are to give speeches during the conference, Mazraati said. Ministers of Economy, Oil and Industry, Mine and Trade, Vice President for Planning and Strategic Supervision, Central Bank of Iran (CBI) governor and a number of Iranian MPs are also invited to the conference, he added./end
