Oratorical Meeting of Trade Union Officials and Members

Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- An oratorical meeting of officials and members of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea (GFTUK) took place at the Central Hall of Workers on Friday to celebrate the 106th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung. The performers said that April 15, 1912, the day when Kim Il Sung was born is the year of the greatest fortune and the greatest auspicious day for the Korean nation and mankind. Thanks to the day when the great sun rose, national liberation and the war victory on July 27 were brought about and the era of Juche when the people became masters opened, they said. They stressed that it is the honor and great fortune of Kim Il Sung's nation to have the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, who is identical to the great leaders in idea, leadership and personality, at the top posts of the Party and the revolution. They called for firmly believing in Kim Jong Un only and remaining loyal to his leadership in order to carry forward the lineage of Paektu.
