PABSEC awards Azerbaijani and Turkish parliament speakers

Istanbul, May 17, AZERTAC The Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organisation (PABSEC) has awarded speakers of the Azerbaijani and Turkish parliaments Ogtay Asadov and Ismail Kahraman with “Sharaf” (Honor) medals. The medals were presented to the speakers as part of the Summit of Parliament Speakers marking the 25th anniversary of PABSEC in Istanbul.
