PACE fall session kicks off in Strasbourg

Strasbourg, October 10, AZERTAC The fall session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has today kicked off in Strasbourg. Led by chairman of the International and Interparliamentary Relations Committee at the parliament Samad Seyidov, Azerbaijan`s delegation of MPs attends the session. On the first day of the session, the Assembly will award the winner of the 2016 Vaclav Havel Human Rights Prize. French President François Hollande, as well as foreign ministers of Germany, Turkey and Estonia will address the plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly. The fall session will discuss the current situation in the context of the coup d'etat in Turkey, and political consequences of the conflict in Ukraine.
