Pakistan Spares No Effort To Release Kidnapped Iranians : Official

Tehran, Feb 18, IRNA – Visiting Chairman of Pakistani Senate Nayyer Hussain Bokhari told reporters here Tuesday that his country will spare no effort to help release the five kidnapped Iranian border guards. Khari made the remarks after his meeting with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani. The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 9th Session of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Member States (PUIC) that kicked off this morning. Islamabad is duty bound to do whatever it can to release the Iranian border guards, abducted by a terrorist group and taken into Pakistan, said the official. As to the Tehran PUIC conference, he hoped it would strengthen ties among the Islamic states and find solutions to problems the World of Islam is facing./end
