Pakistani Minister Invited To Attend Meet In Iran

Islamabad, May 8, IRNA -- Pakistan and Iran have a long history of mutual cooperation and collaboration in diverse fields, a Pakistani minister said Monday. Federal Minister for Ministry of National Regulations & Services, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said this after Acting Iranian Ambassador Husain Ravish called on her. The minister said that Pakistan and Iran, being neighbors, enjoy exemplary relations and both countries have always extended support to each other in times of need, an official statement said. During the course of conversation Husain Ravish invited the federal minister as a distinguished Guest on the occasion of an International Seminar on Family and Globalization being held in Tehran from 12th to 15th of May, 2012. The minister agreed to attend the Seminar and thanked for providing her this honorable opportunity. “Such mutual exchange of visits will further cement the brotherly cooperation between the neighbors”, said the minister./end
