Pakistani MP Voices Support For Iran N-program

Islamabad, March 6, IRNA – A Pakistani Parliamentarian on Thursday said that Iran is a peaceful country and its right to peaceful nuclear technology must be respected. Talking to IRNA, Member of National Assembly (MNA), Dawar Khan Kundi said that the process of talks between Iran and western powers to implement the nuclear deal is moving in a right direction. “The nuclear deal is the success of Iranian diplomacy,” he noted. The lawmaker said that the US and its allies are hatching plots to divide Muslim Ummah. He strongly believed that Washington is behind all miseries of Muslims. He added that the interference of US in the affairs of Middle East and Afghanistan must come to an end. “The US has ruined the peace of regions for the lust of power,” he said. He said that US has been launching negative propaganda against Iranˈs peaceful nuclear program but failed to deter the progress of the Islamic Republic. Dawar Khan said that Iran is a peaceful country and has assured the world that it has no plans to develop nuclear weapons. “Iran’s right to peaceful nuclear technology should be respected,” opined the MP. The legislator said that success of Muslim lies in their unity. The MNA belonging to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf said that US and western countries are afraid of the progress of Muslim world that is why they are trying all out efforts to divide Muslims. The politician strongly believed that steadfastness of Iran has forced the western powers to cooperate with Iran to resolve disputes. He said that western sanctions have proved to be futile. He said that continuation of talks between Iran and western powers is a major development because dialogue is the only solution to disputes, reiterating that the talks should be free of any double standards./end
