Palestinian cause, common aim among world nations: Sarmadi

TEHRAN,Mar.1 (MNA) – Iranian deputy FM hailed Palestinian long-lasting resistance which has led to devising various ways to combat against the ‘Zionist regime’. Hailing Palestinian long-lasting resistance in combat against Israeli regime, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Morteza Sarmadi told Qods News Agency “the Palestinian nation has acquired a long experience in its combat against the Zionist regime, having devised various ways to remove the occupation and restore its rights.” Sarmadi added that the nationalistic procedures of struggle have ended up in failure in the Palestinian issue as they were unable to unify the Palestinian people around a single axis or attract the support of the Muslim community or the rest of free men in the world. Pointing to the Palestinian nation’s Islamic struggle, Sarmadi said, "At present, however, the nation considers it as a duty to keep the track and believes its struggle is a legitimate, human one.” The senior diplomat said the Palestinian cause has turned into a common cause among the world nations, adding that the developments have brought positive outcomes for the Palestinian issue. The deputy foreign minister said the Zionist regime can no longer take the world public opinion for granted rather it has to find ways to deceive it over the Palestinian developments.
