Palestinian Envoy: Zionist Regime Already Suffering Huge Losses

Tehran, July 15, IRNA – Representative of the Islamic Jihad Movement of Palestine in Tehran Nasser Abu-Sharif said the Zionist regime has already suffered 3.5-billion-dollar worth of losses. He made the remarks Tuesday morning while briefing the Iranian parliament on the current situation in Gaza. He condemned the Zionist regime attacks against Gazans and said the spiritual status of people inside the occupied lands is quite vulnerable. Saying that the Holy Quran has promised an imminent victory, he regretted that in addition to the US and the UK, a number of regional countries too are trying to sabotage the victories. He stressed that the Zionist regime is resorting to its old habit of launching ground offensives against Gaza to clamp down the heroic resistance of the Palestinian nation. He added that the Zionists have tried to create turmoil in Syria, Iraq and a number of other regional countries but they should know that they will face a total failure./end
