Palestinians' Missile Counter-attack Effective To Stop Tel Aviv's Menace

Tehran, Nov 21, IRNA – Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said on Tuesday that Palestinian Resistance Movement's missile counter-attack is effective to stop Tel Aviv's brutality. Addressing a group of Basijis, Larijani said that Israeli heavy air strikes has brought dire humanitarian situation in Gaza towards which all should be sensitive. He said the intention of Zionist regime and the US from such disproportionate bombardments is clear to analyze from various angles. He said considering regional developments the Zionist regime has got worried after the 22-day war it waged on Gaza in 2008 causing major humanitarian plight and suffering a heavy blow to its standing from Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas. After regional revolutions, the Zionist regime's situation worsened, deciding to harm Hamas to salvage its crippling status and solve its internal problems. He noted that Palestinians' missile counter-attack paralyzed life in the occupied Palestinian territories and made the Zionist regime close down educational centers and schools, and take refuge in shelters./end
