Peace Activist : NAM Needs Playing Greater Role For Materialization Of Global Peace

Tehran, Aug 30, IRNA – Chairman of the Organization for World Peace, Abid Ali Abid, says NAM needs stronger role for the world peace based on a better understanding. Talking to IRNA on the sidelines of the meeting of NAM Foreign Ministers, Abid said there must be a dialogue process. He said NAM is not outside the globalization process, rather it is under the globalization process. He then called “ridiculous” the US gesture in asking other states not to be present in the NAM meeting, adding that the event would affect any other meetings and international gatherings./end
