Premier get familiar with ASEM Summit preparations

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Prime Minister and chair of the national council for the 11th ASEM Summit preparation works Ch.Saikhanbileg got au fait on Saturday with preparation works on the spot, and gave some obligations to relevant officials to intensify the preparations. He has observed preparations in a press center at the Shangri-La hotel, a transit hall at the “Chingis Khaan” international airport, furnishing works in the “Chingisiin Khuree” complex and the “ASEM Villa” town. Heads of the sub-working groups for the ASEM Summit preparations on media, advertisement, service, arts, cuisine and safety affairs reported to the Premier about current works for the forthcoming Summit. Noting that enterprisers and companies are actively supporting the preparations, the Premier urged individuals to contribute to a successful hosting of the 11th ASEM Summit. As of today, Presidents of 15 countries, Prime Ministers and Foreign Ministers of 21 countries, authorities of international organizations and media have confirmed to take part in the ASEM Summit in UB which is expected to bring together some 5,000 officials and guests.
