PREMIER MEETS RUSSIAN MINISTER

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister of Mongolia N.Altankhuyag Friday received Mr S.Ye. Donskoy, the Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, and chair of the Mongolia-Russia intergovernmental commission for the Russian side. Mentioning about the 75th anniversary of the Khalkh River Battle Victory, the Premier expressed thanks to the Russian side for attaching a great importance to the jubilee and participating in the event at a high level. Mongolia is attaching a great importance to a forthcoming visit of the Russia’s President Vladimir Putin to Mongolia to be paid in September of this year, the Premier said. In turn, Mr Donskoy reported that the sides have summarized an implementation course of decisions made at the previous meetings of the intergovernmental commission and discussed issues of intensifying the ongoing works, within his working visit here.
