President of Azerbaijan decrees on conferment of a group of personnel of Emergency Situations Ministry

Baku, December 16, AzerTAc President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an executive order on conferment of the military ranks, high honorary titles, orders and medals upon a group of personnel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
