President Ahmadinejad Leaves S.Arabia For Iran

Mecca, Aug 16, IRNA – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran left here for Tehran Thursday morning after attending an extraordinary meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in this holy city. On the sidelines of the OIC Summit, the President held separate meetings with his counterparts from Turkey, Sudan and Guinea Bissau to discuss major bilateral, regional and international issues. He also made a day-long pilgrimage visit to the holy city of Medina. The 57-member OIC, represents 1.5 billion Muslims worldwide./end
