President Ilham Aliyev attends meeting of CIS Council of Heads of State in Bishkek

Bishkek, September 16, AZERTAC A regular meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State has kicked off in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is attending the meeting, which marks the 25th anniversary of the founding of CIS. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev welcomed President Ilham Aliyev. The heads of state posed for photographs.
