President In Majlis To Defend His Nominee For Communications Min. Post

Tehran, Feb 26, IRNA – President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad attended Majlis open session Tuesday morning to defend his nominee for the post of minister of communications. On February 2, Mohammad Hassan Nami was appointed by the President as caretaker of Ministry of Information and Communications Technology. He was introduced to Majlis on February 18 to get vote of confidence. According to the Majlis laws, the President is allowed to defend the introduced minister for an hour.
