President Starts 9th Provincial Visit

Tehran, Oct 22, IRNA – President Hassan Rouhani on Wednesday left Tehran for the northwestern province of Zanjan on his 9th provincial visit. While in Zanjan, the President is to address residents of the province and hold separate meetings with provincial officials, scholars, elites, businessmen and exemplary figures. President Rouhani is accompanied by his special advisor Hossein Fereydoun, Presidential Office's Chief of Staff Mohammad Nahavandian, Vice-President for Executive Affairs Mohammad Shariatmadari, his cultural advisor Hessamoddin Ashena and a number of his cabinet members. President Rouhani has so far visited Khuzestan, Hormuzgan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Ilam, Lorestan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Ardebil and Khorassan Razavi provinces./end
