President of Turkmenistan receives President of SOCAR

Ashgabat, September 22 (AzerTAc). President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow has received President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Rovnag Abdullayev. Rovnag Abdullayev conveyed sincere greetings and wishes of President Ilham Aliyev to the President and the people of Turkmenistan. The President of Turkmenistan asked to deliver greetings and best wishes to President Ilham Aliyev. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow stressed the importance of the friendly and neighbouring relations between the two countries and nations, adding there was good potential for developing these ties. They had comprehensive exchange of views on boosting cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in the field of energy-oil and discussed how to further boost ties of both countries.
