PRESIDENT WILL ADDRESS PARLIAMENTARY SESSION

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The leader of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj will address a plenary meeting of the parliamentary session this week, said the head of the Presidential Office P.Tsagaan Tuesday. A provision 3 of Article 33 of the Constitution stipulates that the President may attend the sessions of parliament at his own discretion and submit proposals concerning vital issues of domestic and foreign policies. In accordance with the Presidential full powers, Mr Elbegdorj will deliver a message to the MPs, P.Tsagaan said.
