Prime Minister Novruz Mammadov heads to Astana

Baku, November 1, AZERTAC A delegation led by Azerbaijani Prime Minister Novruz Mammadov has left for Astana, Kazakhstan, to participate in the next meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
