MOSCOW, October 19. /TASS/. Russia’s President Vladimir Putin will discuss the situation in Syria with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande after the Normandy Quartet meets in Berlin on Wednesday, Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters. According to him, "this is a good opportunity to convey our position to our counterparts." "Although, it is well known and rather consistent," the presidential spokesman noted.
