Putin expects world to become balanced, multipolar

OCHI, October 27. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed hope on Thursday that the world will become more balanced and multipolar in the future. "I hope that the change of the real balance of forces in the world will be followed by the political-diplomatic and legislative backup of these changes for the better," Putin said at the session of the Valdai Discussion Club. "The world will become more balanced and multipolar," he added. Putin said everyone had had great expectations from the ‘warming’ of Russia’s relations with the West as the main ideological obstacle was gone. "Everyone thought that a new life will begin.
