Rafsanjani Condoles With Families Of Air Crash Victims

Tehran, Aug 11, IRNA – Chairman of Expediency Council Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani in a message on Sunday expressed condolences to families of victims of air crash of Antonov 140. He said that the air disaster which killed and wounded a number of countrymen is saddening for all the Iranians. He hoped that relevant officials, especially those with Aviation Organization will take necessary steps to prevent the recurrence of such events. They should not let the air travels prove insecure, which will bring numerous negative repercussions and the aftermath psychological, political and social anxiety, the senior cleric said./end
